The only road racing I plan on doing though is the Johnny Cakes
Well this is more about doing something different then anything else. Not really my bag to race on the road and don't really like even training on the road but have to do what the coach orders.

My friend Dwayne is an endurance junkie and is considering doing some of the NUE series. I know you have been known to participate in this sort of debauchery, and as such I told him that you might have some input for him. Check his blog out: DwayneG@blogspot.com. He is a super cool dude and an amazing rider. I think he did 249 miles at 24 hours of Nine mile on a 34x17 29er. Post coming soon on JenkemCycles. Praise Energor

Will check it out, the NUE series was fun but the scoring is a bit fucked up so you have to roll with the punches. 249 miles in 24 hours on a single, that crushes my nuts and then roasts them!

Dropped a couple of notes to Dwayne on the series and sent one to Coach to see if he can make the Sedona weekend. This could develop into some serious trouble if the right crew shows up. I am coming with Top Chef and Braveheart and the party faces will be on. Thanks for the kudos on the series and Baja but I got a bit of sand in the vagina and rode with gears. When you get to be over 50 it is a right that is earned. Should be back on the single again shortly.

PS. Dwayne uses gears sometimes too. If I rode that much I am sure I would too.
It will be full suspension and gears in Sedona, so get ready to rumble.
